Vision

To advance gender justice, holistic well-being, and absolute self-determination for displaced and marginalized women through community-led economic innovation, physical autonomy, and integrated resilience programs.
Core objectives
- Prevent and respond to gender-based exploitation and violence by providing accessible mental health and psychosocial support, trauma-informed care, and safe spaces for women and girls.
- Advance economic inclusion through vocational skills development, entrepreneurship, village savings and loan groups, and sustainable livelihoods for displaced and marginalized women.
- Strengthen social cohesion between refugee and host communities through community-led dialogue, joint committees, and shared livelihood initiatives.
- Promote the education, leadership, and civic participation of women and girls at every level of community life.
- Advocate for gender justice and the rights of displaced and marginalized women at community, district, and national levels.
- Build a resilient, accountable, and community-led organization that women own and lead.
